Active and good standing NJ bar license; required. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Expertise in defense litigation. Experience reviewing complex medical records, expert testimony, and scientific evidence. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Prior experience representing hospitals, physicians, insurance companies or healthcare systems, preferred. Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including education, experience and internal equity. Our good faith starting salary for the associate position is: $100,000+.
