* Assess the level of risk to the child for additional injury or harm, including whether the child is in imminent danger, and may remove the child from the family as the situation warrants, placing a child in a protected environment.

* Testify and prepare pre-dispositional and progress reports, maintain case files, and develop briefing reports for the community child protection team. Develops "informal adjustment" plans with families and children to divert children from the juvenile justice system.

We currently have 21 locations in between Bloomington Indiana, and Louisville Kentucky Locations. We intend on rapid growth by acquisitions and new builds. We have an extremely aggressive bonus plan for managers that would like to take on the challenge of a new location. The last General Manager that achieved our goal earned over $32,000 bonus and is now a District Manager.
Our highest paid manager earned over $145,000 last year. He also began as a pizza delivery driver. Pretty cool right? PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
Walking
For short distances for short durations
Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.

Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

Full-Time 2nd BASIC FUNCTION: The Driver will provide courteous, safe and reliable transportation to resort guests at the direction of the resort management and ensures arrival and departure times are being met. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have an acceptable driving record by company standards and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a valid Indiana For-Hire endorsement or CDL with Passenger endorsement.
Previous driving experience.
Ability to read maps.
Knowledge of emergency procedures of the road.
Ability to drive in diverse road conditions.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Employment is contingent upon a favorable background investigation and drug screen.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to work in the Casino in a non-sensitive area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for safely driving guests to their destinations.
2. Assists guests with luggage, parcels and inquiries.
3. Effectively communicates with dispatch to ensure timely pickup of guests.
4. Must be conversational with guests, remembering that the Driver will create a lasting impression for the guests.
5. Maintains cleanliness of property vehicles and reports any maintenance needed to the Livery Supervisor every day.
6. Performs scheduled maintenance checks and keeps mileage logs.
7. Fuels vehicle after each time used.
8. Must maintain good driving record and report any violations to Livery Supervisor within four days.
9. Attends all necessary meetings.
10. Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management.
