Minimum Qualifications: All Levels: Warehouse Associate 1: High School Diploma or GED Warehouse Associate 2: High school diploma or GED 2 years of shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment Senior Warehouse Associate: High school diploma or GED 2 years of shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment Three years of related experience with an ERP system or equivalent inventory database. Working Conditions: This position requires the person to work in both an office and remanufacture warehouse facility environment. The Warehouse Associate 1 must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties. Also, must be able to work closely with others and under deadlines including time-sensitive response situations and be willing to work extended schedules that will include working days, and occasionally nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Warehouse Assistant supports the Warehouse Manager and distribution center operations by performing a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role ensures materials and finished goods move efficiently through the distribution process to meet internal and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Load and unload incoming shipments; verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory counts; assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Prepare and stage customer orders for shipment; ensure accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary). Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company safety standards. Assist with documentation, labeling, and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP). Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and logistics. Provide backup support during absences or peak workloads to ensure smooth warehouse flow. Potential deliveries to customer locations using a company vehicle. Preferred candidate has valid driver's license and clean MVR. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus). Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory/ERP systems.
