Responsibilities
Support business leaders on cross‑border transactions, organizational changes, third‑party arrangements, and a variety of commercial agreements used across the region.
Provide guidance on privacy, data governance, and information‑handling practices, including the review of internal and external notices, data‑related obligations, and incident‑response requirements.
Partner with compliance and operational teams to navigate regulatory frameworks, assess legal risk, and ensure adherence to applicable regional laws, including those relating to consumer protections, competition, and product‑related requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Licensed attorney in good standing with 10+ years of experience and working knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements applicable in regional markets.
Background in corporate and commercial law with experience supporting businesses operating across the Middle East and North Africa; experience in the GCC is highly valued.
Strong negotiation, communication, and advisory skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance multiple priorities.
Fluency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred.

Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Child Life, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
CCLS - Certified ChildLife Specialist required within 1 year of hire
American Heart Association AED - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
Completion of Child Life internship following the Association of Child Life Professionals current standards (if candidate has validated Certification from the ACLP, then this requirement will be waived)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General skills to resolve problems requiring the use of child developmental theory, professional child life principles and experience- based knowledge.
Basic knowledge of procedures, illnesses, injuries, and other related events on a nursing unit.

As a Hospice Medical Social Worker, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
Conducts an initial psychosocial assessment of assigned patients/families within five (5) calendar days of admission to contribute to the comprehensive assessment of the patient's/family's needs and the IDG plan of care.
Provides individual and/or family counseling in response to the mental and emotional status of the patient/family to reduce barriers to achieving the goals of care.
Identifies special needs related to religious or cultural diversity and how these impact the implementation of the IDG plan of care.
Provides counseling in response to identified anticipatory grief or pathological grief, if so qualified, or identifies alternative resources for such and provides direction to those resources.
Evaluates identified financial or environmental concerns and directs the patient/family to appropriate community resources, as well as provides follow-up and acts as a liaison when indicated.
Provides crisis intervention support to the patient/family, members of a facility caregiver group or the IDG.
Provides psychosocial updates to facility staff providing short term inpatient care or respite care.
Participates in the development of the IDG plan of care and attends regularly scheduled IDG meetings.
Assists the attending physician and other IDG members, including facility staff, in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to death/dying issues of the patient/family.
Participates in discharge planning for the patient/family when needed.
Assists the patient/family in electing advance directives, securing durable power of attorney, making funeral arrangements and other financial, legal and healthcare aspects of end-of-life choices.
A few must-haves for Hospice Medical Social Workers:
Graduate of a Master's program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Licensed to practice as a Social Worker in the state in which employed. License is active and in good standing.
Minimum of one (1) year's experience in health care.
Hospice experience preferred.

How You Will Make a Difference
Therapists are responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized intensive outpatient treatment setting. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment plans. Program Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position Responsibilities
Assists in identification of treatment/contract goals, completing the initial psychosocial assessment.
Responsible for maintaining contact with the assigned client's referring/outpatient therapist during the course of the client's stay and the family when/if appropriate.
Completes and updates treatment plan for assigned clients.
Assist in providing clinical updates to the insurance company's Case Manager.
Meets with clients two to three times weekly, to help explore identified issues and behaviors in relationship to current symptoms.
Leads and participates in group meetings, meals and other activities in the milieu.
Provides comprehensive understanding of current behaviors and relational dynamics while using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Attends the weekly team meetings and share observations, comments and important information about clients with the treatment team and provides input into the development of the weekly schedules for all of his/her assigned clients.

The Device SupportSpecialist (DSS) plays an essential role in supporting commercial oncology patients using Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields). The DSS focuses on educating patients and their caregivers on TTFields according to product labeling and integrating TTFields into daily routinesin order to reach usage goals. The DSS will work to ensure optimum patient outcomes via appropriate therapy settings and continuation of care. As part of a cross-functional team, the DSS collaborates regularly with other departments to address the changing needs of patients and caregivers. The DSS is a full-time, exempt, field-based position reporting to the Regional Manager, Device SupportSpecialist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and honor our "Patient Forward" mission by ensuring patientsare at the center of every interaction; providing compassionate, high-quality care and service
Travel to patient homes, and occasionally to physician offices or healthcare centers, to conduct regular visits which include:
Educate patients on TTFields therapy and initiating treatment

Perform technical analysis and equipment maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment replacement as needed
Collect and analyze patient data during monthly follow-up visits and provide individualized coaching with appropriate resources as needed
To ensure accessibility and flexibility for patients, some duties may be conducted through virtual visits
Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients and their caregivers
Follow established timelines and guidelines for patient interactions; ensuring consistency and quality of care
Provide timely support to patients, including phone, virtual, and in-person assistance, sometimes on short notice or outside normal business hours (including weekends and holidays)
Manage responsibilities and workload independently within your designated regional territory
Maintain open communication with Territory Managers and other cross-functional partners to ensure effective patient care and healthcare provider support
Participate in regular assessments and demonstrate ongoing learning and adoption of new SOP changes
Manage administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner, including but not limited to:
Documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum Requirement:
Associate's degree with 2 to 3 years' relevant professional experience

Experience working with oncology patients, or in a clinical or patient-facing role (e.g. medical assistant, nurse, occupational therapist, etc.) is highly preferred
Experience working in a for-profit environment preferred
Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness

Must possess a valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:
Keep accurate, updated, and organized records after every patient visit to ensure that there are no undocumented breaks between treatments or visits
Answer questions about benefits available to individuals or refer them to the correct organization to get help
Discuss benefits like child care, food stamps, housekeeping, sanitation, and money management to determine needs versus wants
Review and submit reports requested by the Social Services Coordinator or Case Managers
Interview family members or individuals to obtain a complete family history to more closely determine which services are appropriate and needed
Assist with sliding fee applications
Assist with patient assistant applications
Assist with clerical needs, as requested.
Complete transportation and home visits, as requested
Regular and punctual attendance in the office during business hours
Requirements:

Knowledge about any of the following areas of social services: marriage, speech, sociology, personal health, human biology or casework methods
