Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree with course work approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Possess current, unrestricted certification with the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR)
Possess current, unrestricted dietitian licensure in Kentucky (Kentucky Department of Professional Licensing) and Indiana (Indiana Professional Licensing Agency)
Knowledge of nutrition guidelines in chronic disease management.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of HEDIS or NCQA quality measures
Valid unrestricted driver's license and ability to drive to multiple locations.

Attend and participate in mandatory CFHC meetings (Center Specific meetings, corporate meetings, and other meetings as designated by the CMO or CEO).

Participate in the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of nutrition education programs, ensuring content is current, evidence-based, and aligns with accreditation standards.
Support research and quality initiatives related to pediatric endocrine nutrition care.
Collaborate with community organizations and schools to promote health and nutrition awareness.
