The Excavator Operator is responsible for safely operating the equipment to perform activities to include excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, and clean up, in support of underground utility projects. The Excavator Operator is responsible for the safety of employees, pedestrians, traffic, and equipment that enter their work area.
