**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for customer relations and education upon sale completion and coordination of IHD install and components.

+ Physical install of IHD systems and computers at clinic location as well as gaining understanding from and raising concerns on behalf of the client to ensure resolution.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Individual Occupational Requirements for Information Technology (IT) Management Series, 2210 (Alternative A).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
GS-09: Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree

The assignments must have shown completion of the following, or the equivalent: Analysis of the interrelationships of pertinent components of the system; planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment; and personal responsibility for at least a segment of the overall project.
For GS-11: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 that demonstrated accomplishment of computer project assignments that required a range of knowledge of computer requirements and techniques. For example, experience in developing modifications to parts of a system that required significant revisions in the logic or techniques used in the original development. Education:

As an IT System Administrator at North 40, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering North 40's network, server, and phone infrastructure.
This full-time position requires availability to work all scheduled shifts during business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
