The Assistant Projectmanager will provide support to ProjectManagers and Superintendents for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. The Assistant Projectmanager will schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed.
The Assistant ProjectManager will provide support for the coordination of work directed in the field, provide work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (i.e. superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with a complex team of qualified & experienced architects, designers, planners, consultants, city officials and contractors.
Ensure projects are managed and completed satisfactorily, meeting all the different criterion and within budget timelines and costs.
Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors.
Assure design conforms to contractual agreement with clients.
Deliver fully operational projects on time and on budget
Oversee multiple in-progress projects
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
Approval of Take-Offs from Estimating Department
Attend OAC Meetings as required
Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.

Assist in budgeting, bidding of subcontracts.
Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.
Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.

The Role
Presidio is seeking a seasoned, customer-facing ProjectManager for our Contact Center Team. Facilitates and coordinates the implementation of large scale on premise and cloud contact center solutions with both short and extended timelines. The ProjectManager is involved in all phases of the project from obtaining requirements to roll out, while maintaining budget, communications, and objectives of the overall project.
Responsibilities Include:
Performs day-to-day management of all phases of the project including obtaining project requirements, design, development, test, and deployment of each project.
Completes critical path analyses and tracking to maintain an accurate and updated view of the activities and deliverables to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals.
Manages resource planning by partnering with internal management to determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules according to the project timeline.
Managesprojects while balancing appropriate gross margin and billable utilization targets as defined by annual goals.
Monitors cost to provide accounting support for project time, materials, and services.
Coordinates all project activities with business owners/stakeholders and other support, technical infrastructure, and application teams.
Manages relationships and coordinates work between vendors, customers, sub-contractors, and engineering teams throughout various locations.
Manages the completion and distribution of all deliverables to customers, by tracking the delivery status and installation schedules, in accordance with required timeframes.
Assures that all Statement of Work deliverables meet quality standards.
Oversees change management on the overall project scope, according to a predefined change process, to meet project goals.
Creates / maintains project schedules, risk mitigation plans, project budget, status reports, and all other projectmanagement-related documentation.
Resolves client satisfaction issues and develops a partner relationship for the long-term benefit of the client, the vendor and Presidio.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:
Must have ProjectManagement experience in Technical solutions, such as Contact Center, DevOps, Cloud, and/or On Prem solutions.
Proficient in MS Project a must
PMP or Agile Certification (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
3+ years as a hands-on ProjectManagermanaging technical VAR implementation projects and having customer facing experiences
