Mike is CEO and co-founder of Hi Marley, the intelligent conversation platform that empowers the insurance ecosystem to connect with customers and make the experience fast, transparent and easy. Mike is a repeat entrepreneur in the insurance and technology space and has worked with over 75 insurance companies developing software solutions and executing change programs.

Mike previously co-founded and led Futurity Group (acquired by NYSE: AON), a software and services company focused on monitoring and improving performance in P&C insurance. Post-acquisition, he co-led Aon’s Claims Practice. Prior to that he was an Associate Partner with IBM where he led the Insurance Claims Practice and he began his career as a management consultant with Accenture’s Insurance Solutions Group. Mike holds a BA in Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and enjoys biking, yoga, and trying new things.

Over the past 20 years I have spent significant time in software. Currently I am enjoying building an incredible team, product, and culture at Hi Marley.

I am an entrepreneur in the InsurTech space. Currently, I am COO and co-founder of Hi Marley, the insurance industry’s first intelligent, conversation platform.

I previously co-founded and led Futurity Group (acquired by Aon), a software and services company focused on P&C insurance / claims. Post-acquisition, I co-led Aon’s Claims Practice.

Prior to that, I was an executive at IBM focused on business transformation in the insurance industry and an Associate Partner at PwC Consulting.

Senior Engineering Director with a history of developing software and building highly effective engineering teams through identifying cohesive talent characteristics, mentoring and continuous improvement, Expertise in system/process design, software architecture and design. Background in Enterprise Data and Business Systems, Engineering and Operations. Experienced in working with C-Level executives, managing cross site teams in US, Europe and Asia, as well as two year assignment overseas in Malaysia.
