    RESPONSIBILITIES **I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Coordinates healthcare activities and services related to patient's visit to the Hospital. - Works with physicians and their staff, patient families and other health care team members and other facilities to ensure services are coordinated and provided appropriately to the patient. **II. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:** - High school diploma or comparable education. - Ability to perform 7,200 adjusted keystrokes per hour. **B. EXPERIENCE:** - Two (2) years recent experience in admitting, business services, scheduling or related work in a healthcare facility, preferably comparable to the Hospital. - Experience to demonstrate knowledge in patient registration, admitting and medical insurance and/or scheduling - Experience with personal computers and Windows applications such as Word.
