Jon serves as Hire Dynamics' Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Jon oversees the company’s growth within its Southeastern U.S. region while simultaneously defining growth, quality and culture for Hire Dynamics’ 34 branches and 40 on-sites.A co-founder of the company with Dan Campbell in 2001, Jon has served as Hire Dynamics’ CFO since its origins. He champions the company’s consistent financial growth through sound accounting review, planning and forecasting, and adjustment of plans to account for industry trends. Jon also led Hire Dynamics’ 2017 acquisition of Carolinas commercial staffing company, StaffMasters, a transaction which significantly increased the company’s size. These achievements, among others, earned him recognition as the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “CFO of the Year” in the large company category in 2019, and a place on the 2020 SIA Staffing 100 list.Since Jon and Dan brought their idea of a company that cared for its employees and focused on service first to life, Hire Dynamics has continued to strive to be the #1 staffing company that you would refer to a friend. Deep expertise in building successful, differentiated growth strategies. Experienced, award-winning corporate director with 21 years of public and private corporate board service. Multi-functional managerial experience includes both Fortune 500 and fast growing smaller companies, as well as consulting experience with McKinsey & Co. Served on the Board of Directors of Caraustar Industries, a public company, providing strategic direction throughout the company’s turnaround, serving on the audit, compensation and governance committees. Critical efforts included: refinancing/privatization during the 2008 financial crisis, guiding Caraustar’s marketing management to reposition products leading to rapid, more profitable growth, and focusing the Board on the impact of short-term decisions on long-term strategy. Honored with the Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans Award as Georgia’s outstanding female board member in 2008. Contributed growth strategies and branding direction as a member of the Executive Committee of Hire Dynamics’ (private company) Advisory Board through its growth from a $2 million start-up to the 3rd largest staffing company in the Southeastern U.S. Hire Dynamics is ranked nationally (top 1%) for superior service, and has appeared 10 times on Inc.’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list. Served on the search committee for the new CEO. Sonya Buckley is a Chief People Officer at Hire Dynamics and is based in Greater Atlanta Area. She has worked as Branch Manager at Spherion, Director of Talent Management at Hire Dynamics, and Branch Manager at Randstad. Sonya attended Penn State University.

Will Costolnick is a Chief Financial Officer at Hire Dynamics and is based in Duluth, Georgia. He has worked as Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant at Printpack Inc, Finance Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and VP of Finance at Hire Dynamics. Will attended Kennesaw State University between 2001 and 2005 and J. Mack Robinson College of Business | Georgia State University between 2008 and 2010.
