Your day to day as a Respiratory Therapist
As a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist at HME Specialists, you will be an important part of our commitment to provide great care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs for DME such as oxygen treatment, CPAP/BiPAP devices, ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment. Deliver, install, and set up breathing equipment in patients' homes or specified locations. Ensure that the equipment performs correctly and satisfies the therapeutic criteria. Teach patients and caregivers on the correct use, maintenance, and safety practices for breathing equipment. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or critical care preferred.
Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on setting.
