PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager. * Follow direction from the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities. * Works in conjunction with Leadman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent to ensure the job-site is safe prior to commencing work. * Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools, equipment, and secure job site each day. * Use equipment and/or an assortment of job tools. * Perform general laborer work as needed. * Any and all other duties assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT * This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone. The ability to read printed materials, signs and directions. The stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and/or ladders; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner. The position requires working outside, frequently for long periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures. While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK * This is a full-time position. Occasional overtime, weekend work may be required as job duties demand. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED required. * Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience preferred. A Receiving Associate at White Cap… * Receives, counts and stores items. * Records receiving data using a computer and company software. * Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately. * Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor. * Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues. * Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area. * Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery. * Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Generally has 0-2 years of experience.     SITECH Inventory Specialist will perform an array of Warehouse functions that include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse along with other various warehouse duties, deliver and or pick up parts from Customers and Vendors. Operating forklifts, Vehicles, pulling orders for customers, etc. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain excellent personal safety record** Support the efforts of SITECH Intermountain to provide the highest level of customer service. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling and consolidating materials, packing boxed, placing order in staging areas. Completes shipments (UPS, Internal & Freight) by processing and loading orders. Arrange LTL & Hotshot for 911 orders Maintain inventory control by processing new, old, and current inventory counts. Operate equipment, (i.e., Forklifts) Good Housekeeping (Keeping bay doors clear, Garbage taken care of daily, sweep floors etc) Create Assembly orders for Internal stock components Pre-deliver (PDI) new gear for Sales/Rentals Assist with locating items in the Warehouse Verify parts discrepancies.
