Minimum Requirements * Education: High school diploma or GED required. * Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs. * Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous). * Licensure: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices), and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, or kneeling without restriction.
