Under the supervision of the Nursing & Homecare Manager, provides homemaking services according to individual care plans for participants of the PACE Organization of Rhode Island. Oversight of performance and job duties conducted by the Homecare Lead CNA during supervisory visits and more frequently as needed. Communicates appropriately with client while observing professional boundaries. Keeps current on and follows individual homemaker participant care plans in AxisCare at all times. Uses proper universal and standard precautions at all times according to PACE-RI policy and procedure.
