Structured Cabling & Connectivity
Install, route, and dress copper and fiber cabling within racks, overhead cable trays, and underfloor pathways.
Terminate and test network and power cables using approved tools and methods.
Maintain cable documentation, labeling, and port mapping for accuracy and traceability.
Power & Cooling Coordination
Connect equipment to PDUs following power budgets and redundancy requirements.
Verify airflow management best practices (blanking panels, cable management, containment pathways).
Work with facilities engineers to ensure equipment placement aligns with cooling capacity.
Data Center Operations Support
Perform regular floor walks to check rack conditions, cabling integrity, and power distribution.
Assist with inventory management, spare parts tracking, and stock organization.
Support troubleshooting of physical layer issues (loose connections, failed cables, mispatches).
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
Follow established safety practices including proper lifting and LOTO where applicable.
Maintain accurate logs of hardware installations, cable changes, and rack power allocations.
Ensure adherence to site standards for cabling, labeling, and physical security.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Tunes and tests filters and electronic components. Technicians utilize specification sheets and drawings and blueprints, Network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function. Must adhere to (MOP) Manufacturing Operating Procedures and (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures. Conducts quality assurance spot checks and tests for accuracy of product. Equipment used includes, but is not limited to, Network Analyzer, calipers, computer, continuity tester/multimeter, microscope, soldering irons, plotter, calculator, wrenches, and tuning instruments. Cleans finished products according to established procedures. Must measure tolerances. Records job specific data on forms, logs, time sheets and other required documentation. Must complete work with accuracy speed.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:
High School Diploma or GED plus related experience such as televisions repair or electronics training. Previous soldering experience or skills preferred. Mathematical skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentage. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret bar graphs and instructions. Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Setup and perform repetitive technical electronic test functions with the assistance of more senior technicians and the aide of written procedures and instructions.
Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
Perform simple electronic assembly such as installing a select-on test component or soldering a tap wire on an inductor during filter alignment in order to get the product to perform to specification properly.
Perform simple mechanical assembly such as installing a cover or installing cables in order to get the product to perform to specification properly.
Required to perform component level troubleshoot and repair of RF hopping filters and subassemblies such as digital controllers, RF Platforms, etc.
Use of schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
Standard product technicians will use Agilent/HP Network Analyzers, and automated tests sets.

Compensation information

* Candidate should have hands-on experience in Spring boot and API development.

Risk Management
* Responsible for effective capacity risk management across the Chapter with regards to attrition and leave plans.
* Adheres to common practices to mitigate risk in their respective domain.
* Design and uphold a robust risk management plan, with contingencies for succession and role continuity, especially in critical positions
Governance
* Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g., SCB Governance Standards, ESDLC etc.).
Regulatory & Business Conduct
* Ensure a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to local banking laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and other compliance mandates.
* Conduct business activities with a commitment to legal and regulatory compliance, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
