How you will create an impact
This role will focus on underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of our Management Liability business.
You will be responsible for assessing the desirability of risk through regular contact with brokers, close co-ordination with AIG subject matter experts and robust reviews of claims history and general company information.
Your relationships with brokers will be key to your success. You will need to provide excellent service to brokers through a consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting. You will also aim to generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market - in line with a sales plan established with your manager.
Another key aspect of the role is the provision of accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.
What you'll need to succeed
Some underwriting experience is preferred; however, you are welcome to apply if you have other relevant professional insurance or financial experience.
The ability to analyze financial statements.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

The Senior TechnicianProduction (SMS final integrator/module assembler) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the daily production needs which include following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates, and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives. Our work delivers both instruments and reagents to customers in hospital and laboratory environments, supporting patient health.
This position reports to the Manager of Production Operations and is part of the SMS assembly Team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards; Understand workflow and daily production goals.
Able to execute complex assembly tasks and module level testing following standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating as necessary or working directly with Technicians, Engineering and Quality to fix assembly related issues on the manufacturing line.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school degree (or equivalent).
And must have 5+ years of experience.
Train to and follow SOPs, engineering drawings, work orders, and other specifications while maintaining FDA requirements.

Job Functions:
With guidance, maintain all documentation processing in a timely manner, with accuracy
Read and follow standardized work and position instructions to assemble, inspect and prepare for shipping product with efficiency
Rotate job assignments with department as needed; sign off on work performed for allocation purposes
Communicate effectively with team members, attend all team meetings, and complete required trainings
Ability to operate heavy duty equipment per safety protocols/procedures
Maintain OSHA level safety protocols and follow safety protocols per JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
Position Expectations:
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Report any potential occurrences or delays to immediate Team Lead personnel
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player----taking direction when needed
Perform 6S duties as required by the facility
Requirements:

Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Repair Technician to compliment our superstar team building and improving the product of the future.
Responsibilities:
Repairing full robots and smaller sub-assemblies for F.03 high volume manufacturing
Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
Document issues found, steps taken, and root cause of all repairs.
Validating and improving repair procedures for repeat issues and future remanufacturing of failed in field robots and sub-assemblies
Supporting any immediate need to keep manufacturing moving at a high rate
Requirements:
3+ years experience working with complex systems
Familiarity with computer based tools such as but not limited to Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, and an interest to learn command prompt and product specific software
Comfortable using a Digital Multi Meter
Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
Ability to follow assembly documentation
Ability to build with little to no documentation with engineering support
Complex system diagnostic ability
Great attitude and excited to face challenges

The US base pay range for this full-time position is between $35 - $55 per hour.
