Position Summary
The Service Center Engineer - I.A.M. Intern will gain hands-on experience in the areas of Identity Access Management (I.A.M.) and Information Security. This role offers exposure to the tools, processes, and governance practices used to manage digital identities, system access, and security permissions across the organization. Working closely with the IT team, the intern will contribute to access control projects, automation initiatives, and documentation improvements that strengthen the bank's cybersecurity framework.
Primary Accountabilities
Participate in the Access Review Campaign, assisting with analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Support the automation of onboarding and offboarding processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Help update and improve documentation and workflows for identity and access management operations.
Analyze access patterns and permissions to identify potential anomalies or risks.
Gain hands-on exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
Collaborate with the IT Service Center team to understand and assist with day-to-day I.A.M. functions.
Participate in mentorship sessions focused on security concepts, compliance, and governance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Position Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field of study.

Intern Position Summary
The Technology Product Intern for SES (State Examiner System) will lead the development of major components of a business case that will inform CSBS leadership on how SES should incorporate consumer complaint analytics. This includes examining potential data sources, user needs, market demand, technical integration costs, sustainability considerations, and expected supervision impact. The business case will be presented to the leadership team for consideration.
This internship is ideal for students interested in product strategy, data analytics, public policy, regulatory technology, consumer protection, or financial supervision.
Essential Functions
Conduct Market & Landscape Research such as analysis of how federal agencies, state agencies, and private-sector regtech platforms utilize consumer complaint data. Benchmark existing complaint analytics tools and identify gaps/opportunities for SES.
User & Stakeholder Needs Assessment such as interviews with state regulators, examiners, and SES user groups to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows involving consumer complaints.
Data and Integration Feasibility Analysis: Catalog of available complaint data sources (e.g., private sector and public information, federal repositories, state systems).
Cost-Benefit & Impact Assessment, to map the potential impact of complaint analytics on examiner efficiency, exam quality, consumer protection outcomes, and cross-agency visibility.
Business Case Development: Help structure, draft, and present the SES consumer complaint analytics business case.
Education and Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Coursework in public policy, economics, data science, business, or related fields.
Experience with basic data analysis or visualization tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Clear written communication and presentation abilities.

Intern Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure Operations Intern will work with the Director, Infrastructure Engineering, serving as a technical resource on multiple projects at the CSBS. As a Systems Engineer Intern, you will support one of two teams within our larger Operations & Infrastructure technology organization at Visa:Developer ExperienceorInfrastructure Reliability Engineering.
Developer Experience
As an intern on the Developer Experience team, you will deliver Host Software Configuration Management support to software development teams across various regions within a mainframe environment. Responsibilities include compiling, migrating, and installing source code across different environments using Endevor and the SLiMS version control system for the TPF platform. In addition, this position will contribute to the mainframe modernization initiative by supporting development teams as they transition to DevOps practices and adopt new distributed toolsets, as well as manage the administration of new applications integrated into the mainframe pipeline.
Essential Functions:
Deliver 1st level support for environment set-up and user help, access, and issue resolution
Provide prompt and courteous service to clients via phone and e-mail
Contribute information to project plans and meet stated deadlines
Compose clear documentation, reports, and Excel spreadsheets;prepare Power Point slides and give informational presentations
Awareness of IBM mainframe technologies (i.e. MVS, JCL, REXX, CLIST, ISPF dialogs)
Fully utilize all functions of e-mail
Assist with gathering and organizing metrics, as well as compiling audit reports

Infrastructure Reliability Engineering
On the Infrastructure Reliability Engineering team, we are looking for interns with a dedicated interest in infrastructure storage engineering. You will be an integral part of a global infrastructure team, providing follow-the-sun support to Visa's systems worldwide.
This Systems Engineer intern position is within the Storage Operations Team and falls under Global Systems Support. This position will support, certify, and document storage and backup infrastructure, as well as serve as a Level 2 escalation point for existing infrastructure. This position is expected to interact with our Systems, Database, Engineering, Asset Management, Product Development, Operations, and Audit and Risk teams, as well as various other groups within Technology. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Storage and SAN infrastructure based on business requirements, and adhering to tight operational, security, and procedural models
Automate infrastructure tasks to reduce repetitive or time-consuming processes, utilizing SRE principles/practices and an Infrastructure-as-Code methodology
Complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration, and documentation for our Open Systems Storage and Backup environments
Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise to support complex Storage & Backup devices, including SAN, NAS, and Backup solutions across all tiers (under minimal supervision)
Skills You Bring:
Experience working in an infrastructure support role and/or a keen interest in learning the role of an infrastructure support engineer in the storage realm
An interest in scripting/coding for infrastructure automation
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field,graduating December 2026-August 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
Foundational programing knowledge (Python, Golang, BASH, COBOL, Visual Basic, Java, C/C++, YAML, or similar technology)
