The PB/HB Analyst is responsible to resolve technical and application issues and support ongoing workflow and optimization issues. This position oversees the design, configuration, testing and support of Epic Patient Billing.
Responsibilities
Design, build and test Epic Patient/Hospital Billing software, including current- and future-state workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, conforming to client change control and change management policies
Work in a complex and quick-moving client environment, meeting all project timelines and critical path requirements.
May be required to participate in 24-hour on-call rotations
Participate in project planning and manage applicable responsibilities
Facilitate and participate in team meetings and work groups
Minimum Requirements
BA with 5+ years' revenue cycle operational experience in healthcare setting
3+ years Epic HB/PB Analyst experience with current Epic certification

Key Responsibilities
Create Pricing for customer proposals based on RFP's received, internal inputs, and within company approved standards.
Assist Project Managers in the creation or review of customer change in scope pricing (Change Orders)
Coordination and development of all pricing & Forecast Trackers on newly signed projects, with ongoing support and analysis across all projects.
Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
Participate in constant review of customer profitability analysis to ensure key divisional KPIs are achieved

5. Researches and keeps abreast of third party regulations and changes, providing analytical support through financial impact summarization. Estimates the financial impact any changes in payment assumptions and/or budget assumptions may have on the subsidiary and communicates as directed.
6. Coordinates the collection of data and/or preparation of schedules for third party financial audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field.
* Three years experience in a progressively more responsible reimbursement or finance role with Healthcare Net Revenue/Reimbursement responsibilities.
Preferred:
* CPA or MBA preferred.
