MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS § Excellent verbal and written communication skills among the team and other departments. § Forklift experience (Preferred). § Strong problem-solving skills. § Ability and willingness to follow standard operating procedures. § Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. § Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. § Must have the ability to be flexible, including holidays and weekends. § Display a positive attitude towards tasks. § Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Duties & Responsibilities: Photograph community development, corporate development and other special events including evenings and weekends Follow internal digital asset management workflows to build the photo catalog Help create photo collections to deliver on team website Edit photos to be used across all Texans digital channels During home games photograph sponsorship, fan and gameday atmosphere elements (NOT action/field photography) Assist with various photoshoots Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Photography Manager and Team Photographer. Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner. Skills Required: Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Proficient in Photo Mechanic, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom Strong understanding of how to select the best images from a large body of work Demonstrated photography and photo editing experience Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment and in media work zones Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred. High School Diploma required. Prior experience in professional or collegiate football or other sport operations preferred. We are hiring for Rice Pool & Water Park and Northside Family Aquatic Center GENERAL PURPOSE is responsible for coordinating and supervising a comprehensive swim lesson program. REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in swimming instruction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in seeing that the pool is adequately staffed and supervised during all swim lessons. Enforce all rules and regulations. Ensure a clean and safe environment. Assume the functions of Head Swim Lesson Coordinator in his/her absence. Assist with in-service training of staff. Assist with assigning participants to specific classes. Maintain a high level of readiness and knowledge of functions and operations of all safety, rescue and first aid equipment. Provide a high quality of customer service in a professional manner to the internal customer that will facilitate team building and exceptional customer service to the external customer. Follow the Wheaton Park District policies, procedures, and guidelines. Proactively support the V.A.L.U.E.S.
