Position Summary
The Project SupportSpecialist is responsible for supporting the project executive in the delivery of capital projects and consulting. Assists project team with managing monthly pay application process.Specifically:
Review all construction pay applications.
Maintain all appropriate logs associated with pay application process.
Assists the project team with ensuring that all contractual insurance required by the client is in place. Specifically:
Ensure that certificates of insurance are on file and current for all contracts that the owner holds directly. As insurance terms near their expiration, follow up with the appropriate vendor(s) to obtain new certificates of insurance.
Assists Project Executive with the preparation and dissemination of work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations.
Facilitate meetings, coordinate project resources, and disseminate meeting minutes and project information as required by Project Executive.
Monitors electronic and paper file systems to ensure they are maintained as required for project.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities
Resolves incidents and service requests in keeping with departmental quality standards and SLAs.
Logs calls and resolves first-level support calls. Triages/escalates issues, where applicable.
Provides remote and on-site support of environments and applications, including trouble shooting problematic situations.
Uses all available resources necessary to obtain full knowledge of a user's environment while systemically resolving issues, including knowledge base searches.
Practices open and transparent communications by providing status updates to users on progress towards issue resolution, as well as peers.
Sets up new user environment, including phone, computer equipment, shared drives, email and printing.
Assists in new employee orientation regarding technical issues.
Deploys pre-authorized packaged applications.
Completes back-up using legacy systems (tape) and escalates issues, when encountered.
Monitors IS environment for systems status and events and generates appropriate actions.
Updates the knowledge base and shares tips/tricks with colleagues.
Proposes articles to the End User Computing team for development and posting on the Versiti intranet.

Education

The Nurse Triage SupportSpecialist (NST) acts as a point of contact for patients and families, providing direct access for asking clinical questions. The Group Float also assists other group staff in the preparation and execution of day treatment groups, IOP groups, BH Respite Groups, and/or other group services as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide therapeutic behavioral services and documentation thereof, including but not limited to:
support, including education and consultation for families regarding the client's mental illness;
case management;
symptom monitoring and self-management of symptoms;
assistance in increasing social support skills and networks;
referral and linkage to other healthcare, behavioral health care, and non-health care services;
access to resources in the community; and
skills building & reinforcement.
Complete all clinical documentation, including progress notes, appropriately and within departmental timelines.
Provide required amount of delivery hours per week as established by departmental guidelines.
Support other group staff in the setup and execution of day treatment, BH Respite, IOP, and/or other groups as assigned by the Group Services Supervisor.
Responsible for the coordination and/or execution of client transportation to and from group programming.
Responsible for attending to the basic needs of clients in group, including food, water, and bathroom breaks.

Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
