Incumbent participates in the planning, organization and delivery of cross-disciplinary services, (i.e., assessment, treatment planning, counseling, specialized behavioral plans, safety plans, etc.) according to individual skills, abilities and scope of practice. Administers and completes client screening and assessment tools: ERASOR, J-SOAP, and Psychosocial Assessment. Provides Diagnostic Assessments for clients, as assigned, and with the appropriate clinical Serves as a member of the treatment team regarding ongoing assessment of client needs and Coordinates with others. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least 21 years of age. Fluent English and Spanish speaking Experience in social work, crisis intervention, and counseling within the substance abuse and mental health, to include juvenile sex offender and sexual abusing behavior youth. Thorough knowledge of current health/mental health issues and problems , available community/clinical resources and best practice therapeutic intervention skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
