As an Environmental Services Aide II, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing the building areas according to established procedures; cleaning resident apartments and townhomes, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas. The EVS Aide II performs a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the facility in neat, orderly, and sanitary condition.
Shifts: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Compensation: $16.50-19.10/hr based on experience

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Mops and buffs floors, vacuums carpets, spot cleans, and arranges furniture and equipment back in an orderly fashion after cleaning assigned resident units and public areas.
Completes daily cleaning work assignments in a timely manner. Under normal supervision, cleans each home in the appropriate time given.
Utilizes the appropriate chemicals, supplies and cleaning techniques according to procedure and manufacture's recommendations.
Completes work assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
Reports all safety hazards to the EVS Manager or Supervisor as appropriate.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 6 months experience as an Environmental Services Aide or equivalent; experience in a health care environment preferred.
Ability to perform housekeeping duties.
Working knowledge of housekeeping equipment: buff and wax equipment, vacuum, hazardous chemicals and their safe handling
Comprehensive understanding of the English Language; must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

The Laundry Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for properly cleaning all linen and terry products used at the hotel within a given timeframe while operating and maintaining all property laundry equipment. Duties and Responsibilities
ā Using the hotel's set procedures and guidelines, follow directions thoroughly to maintain, operate, set, and clean all laundry items and equipment (i.e. correct usage of detergent and bleaches, emptying dryer lint traps, following proper load limits).
ā Ability to maintain the hotel's laundry cleaning schedule to meet daily operational goals and needs.
ā Maintain laundry and linen storage rooms to ensure the area has an adequate level of supplies, is organized, and is free of potential trip & fall hazards; inform management of any inventory shortages and ordering needs.
ā Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability, separating out linens that need repair or additional cleaning.
ā Maintain positive guest relations at all times and understand guests' service needs.
ā Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
ā Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
ā Ability to exert physical effort in operating laundry equipment and transporting linen between washers and dryers (up to 50lbs) as well as endure various physical movements throughout the work areas during shifts.
ā Comply with all OSHA standards.
ā Provide special services for guests upon request.
ā Performing self-room inspections and accepting feedback from room quality inspections performed by hotel management and trained employees.

A housekeeper in our hotel is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and policies. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Guest Interaction:
Maintain a professional appearance, greet and assist guests in a friendly manner, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Security: Report any suspicious activity involving guests, visitors, or staff, and ensure the security of guests and property by keeping room doors locked.
Compliance: Perform duties according to safety and security policies, OSHA standards, and Bloodborne Pathogens regulations.
Grasping: Continuous firm and simple grasping required for various tasks.
Lifting: Ability to lift supplies, typically no more than 30 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
Mobility: Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday with limited sitting.
Physical Activity: Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending. Twisting of the body at the waist is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience: Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Pay can be $1,600 - $2,000 /per pay check. Training pay is $17.00 with tips. After certification, you should expect to earn $20- $25 per hour with tips. This is a Pay For Performance based position where the quality of your work determines your pay. We promote from within and celebrate success.
You must be an enjoyable person to be around, because dirty houses can be fun if youre cleaning with the right team!
We work Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm. Some Nights and weekends will be offered. No holidays.
