You will contribute by:
Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures
Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

Maintains daily processing schedule and ensures all payrolls scheduled to process are accounted for and sends out end-of-day notification to start ACH processes.
Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures.
Ordering and quality check of production supplies. Order and distribution of all general office supplies. Ensures adequate supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc.
Maintains and schedules service calls for all production equipment.
Reviews / audits vendor billing for delivery services.
Qualifications:
Must communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbal and written
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
General office and / or production experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to run basic production machinery. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment.

About the Role
As a Bus Driver, you'll provide safe, reliable, and friendly transportation that helps residents stay active and maintain their independence. You'll support their daily appointments, activities, and community outings, ensuring that each trip is smooth and enjoyable.
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to drive the community shuttle bus safely.
Able to work a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible availability to meet the needs of the residents.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
Solid knowledge of the local area is needed to plan efficient routes.
Ability to use navigation tools, including both electronic and paper maps.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dependable transportation that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
Keep rides running on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.
Maintain a well‑kept, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and scheduled inspections.
Support the team during downtime by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks that keep the community running smoothly.
