You will contribute by:
Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures
Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

Maintains daily processing schedule and ensures all payrolls scheduled to process are accounted for and sends out end-of-day notification to start ACH processes.
Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures.
Ordering and quality check of production supplies. Order and distribution of all general office supplies. Ensures adequate supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc.
Maintains and schedules service calls for all production equipment.
Reviews / audits vendor billing for delivery services.
Qualifications:
Must communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbal and written
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
General office and / or production experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to run basic production machinery. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment.

The Mericle team includes licensed architects, land planners, professional engineers, surveyors, licensed electricians, plumbers, carpenters, leasing and marketing professionals, property managers, and more.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule and move equipment daily.
· Track equipment in FLEETIO and keep records accurate.
· Communicate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
· Load/unload equipment safely and conduct inspections.
· Support warehouse activities when equipment needs are met.
Qualifications:
· Valid CDL Class A license & clean driving record.
· 3+ years in logistics, equipment coordination, or transportation.
· Strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
· Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
