This role serves as an Instrument & Control Tech (I&C) for Specialty Chemicals focused primarily for the oil & gas sector. Work is hands on in nature and relies on experience and independent judgment to perform the functions of the job.
Responsibilities:
▶ Install, configure, and maintain industrial automation hardware, including PLC modules, I/O cards, communication networks, and field instrumentation.
▶ Perform advanced troubleshooting on instrumentation loops, control systems, and automation networks to quickly resolve system faults and minimize downtime.
▶ Conduct routine calibration and verification of transmitters, control valves, analyzers, and safety instrumentation to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.

▶ Participate in HAZOPs, PSSRs, MOCs, and other process safety activities by providing instrumentation-focused technical expertise.

The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology
Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology
Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans
Ensure there is a clear method in place for baselining of schedules and manage periodic updates
Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details
Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
Provide regular updates on schedule progress

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions; climbing, stretching, frequent light lifting of books, boxes; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; frequent use of computer and repetitive hand motions
Regulated air temperature and humidity in gym facilities and office environment, however, temperatures and humidity may be elevated while group and personal exercise activities are being performed
Regular standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, stretching, lifting, and other physical activity are required while performing the duties of the role
Sitting, close reading, and typing are required while performing the duties of the role
Noise level is generally low but may be louder and more intense in gym facilities
Travel will be required as described above
Hours are scheduled and will include early mornings, late evenings, and some weekend assignments. Additionally, there will be special occasions and/or activities that require extended hours of availability related to events, launches, Club openings, etc., but the need to remain flexible enough to meet client availability is paramount. Further, the Assistant Personal Training Manager will be expected to ‘fill in' when a PTM is not available.

What You'll Do
As a Detail Specialist, you'll help bring vehicles back to life - making sure every car that leaves our lot shines like new. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will ensure every customer drives away happy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and detailing vehicles (both new and pre-owned)
Inspecting finished work to ensure the highest quality standards
Following specific customer requests and delivering exceptional service
Maintaining and caring for detailing tools and equipment
Reporting any vehicle damage promptly and clearly
Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations
Upholding Walt Massey's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
A team player with leadership potential and a desire to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
