Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, diagnose, and repair BAS and HVAC systems based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
* Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, system replacements, and upgrades as required.
* Use tools and software (including laptops and BAS-specific programs) to analyze and resolve system issues.
* Coordinate and prepare for on-site work by reviewing project plans, gathering materials, and anticipating challenges.
* Provide technical support to customers and internal HVAC field technicians.
* Offer customer training in installed systems and provide follow-up support.
* Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed, including job reports and service logs.
* Inspect company vehicles and equipment regularly to ensure safe operation and readiness.
Qualifications:
* Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in the past 3 years).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and BAS programming platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
* Associate degree in HVAC, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 2-5 years of HVAC Journeyman-level experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience programming, starting up, and commissioning any brand of BAS.
* Proven field experience with the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of BAS equipment.
* Tridium AX and/or N4 certification, and experience with Distech or Trane systems.

The Airside Technician will be responsible for cleaning and servicing air handling units. The selected candidate must have experience with light commercial HVAC systems and/or cleaning air duct systems, as well as have expertise in AHU refurbishing.

* Operate and maintain all duct-cleaning equipment.
* Access, remove, and clean air distribution components and equipment.
* Sell ancillary products and services in conjunction with performance of duct cleaning service.
