The Role
Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity, Family Office, Venture Capital) Managers serve as members of various client service teams. Managers must possess strong knowledge of financial reporting and back office operations related to alternative investment funds. In addition to the preparation and review of financial statements, Managers participate in client issues resolution, investor relations, and communicate directly with clients and financial management. Managers mentor junior team members and serve as Career Advisors.

The Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* CPA preferred or licensure eligible
* 4-6 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm and preferably at least 2 year of work with Alternative Investment Fund or Fund Administrator;

The Role
Managers in our Private Client Services (PCS) practice oversee multiple engagement teams for a wide range of sophisticated clients, which may include some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts and Estates.
Managers can expect to:
* Engage in business development activities (i.e. prepare proposals, present in webinars, collaborate with other service lines to present a comprehensive tax strategy to prospective and current clients, etc.);
* Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, remain current on legislative changes, and lead change effectively;
* Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns - including federal and state filings;

The Role
Corporate Tax ASC 740 Managers serve as members of various client service teams. Corporate Tax ASC 740 Managers must possess strong technical knowledge of corporate and partnership tax planning, consulting, compliance and ASC 740 provision work. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
