We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator & Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications for government clients. This role involves working within a secure environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet compliance and performance standards.
Job Location: Remote work is authorized. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.

What You Will Do:
* Manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades).
* Monitor performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure high availability and security.
* Implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard.
* Plan and execute data migration from Oracle to Pega applications.
* Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure smooth integration.
* Validate data integrity and performance post-migration.
* Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
* Support application teams with database-related development tasks.
* Assist in building automation scripts for deployment and testing.
* Work closely with DevOps, QA, and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines.

What You Will Bring With You:
