Assist the Construction Manager in planning and executing electrical installations and upgrades for new and existing facilities. Install wiring, control systems, and electrical components following industry standards and company protocols. Test installed electrical systems for safety and performance. Regularly participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Maintain an active Electrical Contractor's license as required. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed. Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies as needed. Assist in maintaining inventory levels for electrical supplies and equipment. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical installations and repairs required. Current Electrical Contractor's license, or the ability to obtain licensing within a reasonable period. Prior experience in a ready mix concrete plant strongly preferred. Must have a valid South Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to safely use miscellaneous tools, such as sledgehammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pneumatic hammer/drill. Basic computer skills are required. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Must be able to work cooperatively with others. Must be able to work varying work shifts with varying start and stop times. Ability to travel is required. Overtime work plus nights and weekends as needed.
