This position is for a Senior Systems Administrator supporting the Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022. This position will work with the existing Windows team to manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support servers for a mixed customer environment. This position will plan, execute, and implement new system HW and SW and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed. This position will need to be adept at monitoring and tuning system performance, ongoing operation of the servers, hardening of the servers and reporting of the overall security and operational status. The position will also recommend improvements to the enterprise and manage new SW/HW integrations when required while also providing utilization reports using existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions as needed. The position will need excellent communication and team skills. This position will provide support towards the lifecycle of a mixed environment of vendor equipment in the datacenter to include firmware version control and periodic preventive maintenance. This position will also need to be able to recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environment.

Summary/Objective
The Veteran Administrator is responsible for full oversight of the organization's Electronic Health Record system and related applications. Essential Functions
Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing oversight of the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Project management, in concert with supervisor, of new or rebooted implementations
Build and maintain customized EHR forms, workflows, and processes for multiple programs, including SSVF, HVRP, Staff Sgt. Fox, GPD, OP, and Residential.
Monitor, triage, and resolve Help Desk tickets; escalate complex issues when necessary.
Manage system administration for the organization's EHR and related applications, including Bells AI, my HealthPointe Portal, LOCUS, and Order Connect NX.
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials for the EHR and associated applications.
Research and troubleshoot EHR issues to identify root causes, distinguishing between user errors, system bugs, or training needs.
Perform system cleanup tasks such as merging duplicate records, discharging clients, closing inactive staff accounts, and re-routing documentation as needed.
Create and manage reports to assist supervisors and terminating staff in completing pending tasks before separation.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper system security, permissions, and set up for their operational needs.
Maintain data integrity by locking charts, securing deceased client records, and performing regular audits.
Collaborate with veteran teams, data teams, fiscal departments, and clinical leadership to ensure seamless system operations.
Test, install, and document system patches, software updates, and EHR or billing system upgrades.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal users, including clinical staff, billing teams, and program personnel.
Build and run reports or custom queries; manage and format report outputs using Excel.
Partner with Netsmart AMS and technical experts to troubleshoot complex system issues and submit CASES and Innovations via the Netsmart Support Center.
Manage EHR-related projects from planning through implementation, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch evaluation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Administer secure systems including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, SAP, and SACCS-SDT
Provide end-to-end Video Teleconference (VTC) and Audio/Visual (A/V) support for 9 suites
Perform network and system troubleshooting, patching, imaging, backups, and security updates
Serve as the Cybersecurity Liaison (CSL), ensuring system certifications (ATO) are current
Support COMSEC operations: keying, inventory, and crypto equipment maintenance
Maintain documentation and submit Weekly Activity Reports (WARs)
Train end users on systems and maintain IT support readiness during contingency operations
Respond to after-hours/emergency IT requirements during exercises or heightened alert statuses
Required Skills & Experience
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (must be U.S. citizen)
Eligible for SAP indoctrination and polygraph
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting classified IT/VTC systems
Compliant with DoD 8570.01-M (e.g., CISSP, Security+, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with VTC hardware/software (Cisco, Polycom, Extron, Crestron)
Proficient in Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, client/server systems
Experience in SCIF or high-security DoD/intelligence environments
Years of Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience
Must be able to pass a background check

Position Responsibilities
The Technical Deployment Engineer is responsible for on-boarding clients onto our PCS-4 platforms as well as deploying new HW/SW. This hands-on role includes working with network devices, servers and desktops for hand-off to the HEIT NOC for performance and security management.
On-board our managed services clients onto our security and performance platforms.
Perform conversions from our old performance/security technical platforms to our new ones.
Implement ASA/Fortigate Firewalls
Implement low-end Cisco routers and switches.
Document client networks, including Diagrams, device configs, etc.
Training of clients IT staff on HEIT's Managed Services.
Troubleshooting, problem management & resolution.
Work closely with our NOC to ensure a smooth transition for ongoing management.
Position Requirements
Strong foundational knowledge of networking and systems management protocols.
Knowledge of configuring SNMP (v3), WMI.
2+ years of system admin experience with Windows Server/Desktop.
2+ years configuring Cisco ASA's/IPS and appliances.
2+ years configuring Cisco routers and switch's.
Work as part of the Managed Services Deployment Team.
Highly organized and excellent at time management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

$273,200.00 - $442,600.00

Summary/Objective
The Electronic Health Record Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the organization's Electronic Health Record system and related applications
Essential Functions
Responsible for the setup and oversight of EHR implementation
Build needed forms, workflows, and processes within the EHR to include but not limited to SSVF, HVRP, Staff Sgt. Fox, and GPD
Help Desk Tickets: regularly monitor, triage, and complete and close tickets
Help maintain the system administration of the organization's current EHR and related applications
Create and maintain appropriate training materials for the EHR and related applications
Deep Dive: Research and troubleshoot potential problems to determine whether the issues are a user error, a bug, a fix needed, or if training is necessary.
System Cleanup: Monitor and perform necessary system cleanup processes, such as merges, discharges from the agency, closing end-dated staff, and re-routing notes.
Staff Termination Monitoring: Create reports and mechanisms to assist terminating staff and their supervisor in completing all unfinished tasks before their departure date.
Responsible for assisting the finance team with the security and setup of software system for their needs
Maintain Integrity of System: Includes but is not limited to locking charts, deceased client locking, and auditing of records as needed.
Collaboration: support veteran's teams, data team, fiscal team, and clinical leads/teams
Test, install, and document system patches and software upgrades within the organization's EHR., billing systems, and related applications
Maintain EHR tickets and escalate when appropriate
Provide support to internal users such as the veteran's team, clinical team, line staff and billers concerning the EHR application
Run reports or build/run custom reports
Use Excel to manage and format report outputs for staff
Work with Netsmart AMS and gurus via email and meetings, on bugs and high-level needs
Enter CASES and/or Innovations into the Netsmart Support Center

10. Experience learning software, frameworks and APIs
