This role performs initial screening of permit applications to ensure completeness and compliance with submittal requirements and assists at the public counter by interacting directly with permit applicants, contractors, and design professionals. The Permit Technician works closely with Plan Reviewers and Engineers to support the permit review process, facilitate accurate routing of applications, and help ensure timely processing.
