Position Overview:
Primary purpose of this position is to effectively train our client's authorized service network technicians on all CE products as well as content and video creation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and Deliver Training:
Create comprehensive training programs, including classroom instruction and practical, hands-on sessions covering a range of household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, etc.).
Deliver clear, engaging, and effective training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
Combination of classroom, virtual, and OJT training is required.
Curriculum and Material Development:
Design and update training manuals, guides, and digital resources in line with current industry standards and technological advancements.
Evaluate and incorporate new techniques, tools, and safety protocols into the curriculum.

Virtual will require the ability to conduct training via Webex. OJT will require a candidate to conduct training while inside our customers' homes and working on their products. Work is sometimes performed in an office environment, thus the ability to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment could be up to 300 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines. Hi. Dr. David Park here. I know I just threw a whole bunch of stats and data at you up there, but I wanted to explain pretty much the goal and the achievable result for the dental ownership position.
I guess I was a little different than most - I just wanted to own my own dental practice as soon as I got out. Any mistakes or systems that I'd make would be faster that way. I also knew that the upside of ownership would be much better than the alternative, which is associate dentist. Ownership would provide me financial freedom, being my own boss, keeping any profits that the practice made and, eventually, creating systems so that I could eventually hire people and sit back and operate the business.
And so, I graduated and started my career as an owner dentist. Though there was an issue - student loans. I don't know how much you have, but I had some crazy amount like $550,000. Not only that, but my wife had about $500,000 as well (she's also a dentist).
But that's not the scary part. The scary part is the interest. I was in the IBR program where you pay like the absolute minimum. And that's when it hit me. While I was paying the minimum, my principal balance kept going up. I did this for about 3 years without truly knowing what was going on. So yeah, I was making money and invested into real estate, but decided to just pay off over a million dollars in student loans.
The point I'm trying to make is that being an associate dentist isn't what it used to be. Associates have student loans they have to pay (probably the biggest one), car loans, rent / mortgage, family, life, and the cycle goes on and on.
And that's precisely why I'm trying to let as many associate docs know the value of ownership and opportunity cost.
Though we averaged a little over 5 mil for our practices, the top owner doc produced $8,864,788 for the year of 2024. I guess he was impressed by the system, so he took over another CLD practice… and this is the doc that became an owner doc after 8 months of graduation. And to complete the range, the bottom number is $1,958,239 while we had one full time and one part time doc on site (four days a week). I own this practice, but didn't have to work in it the whole year and still made this much. These are truly achievable results because, well, we did it and you can come to meet us whenever. And yes, it sounds too good to be true because I feel it too as I'm writing this. But you'll just have to see it for yourself. We're a legit company and we're here.

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Controls Technician. We are a two location temperature controls distributor specializing in providing engineering, materials, and startup assistance for temperature control systems. We are looking for someone to work independently in the field to startup, service, and support these systems in coordination with our in-house engineering team.
What Will Make You Successful in This Role?
* Experience and certification with programming either Johnson FX controllers (CCT) (preferred), Honeywell Spyder, and/or Niagara AX/N4 (any brand).
* Experience with ACAD, or similar CAD software.
* Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet MSTP, BACnet IP, Niagara, JCI N2, Modbus, Lon, Etc.
* Niagara N4 certification.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and program /design to meet sequence of operations of both design/build projects as well as plan/spec projects.
Additional Necessary Qualifications
* 3 years of building automation experience required.
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems operations.
* Ability to read mechanical prints and schematics.
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
* Basic knowledge regarding use of a PC (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Competent with the use of electrical test equipment, i.e., Multi meter, shop tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools.
* Mechanical aptitude required.
* The ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry including reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams.
* Valid and clean NYS Driver's License to operate company vehicles.
* OSHA 30 and site safety training.
