Education Requirements:
We are seeking individuals who have relevant experience working with special education students. Additionally, you must hold a high school diploma, or it recognized equivalent (i.e., GED) and hold one of the following:
-Parapro Assessment with score of 455 or higher OR
-A bachelor's degree OR
-An associate degree OR
-Two years of study at an institution of higher ed and at least 48 semester or 72 quarter credit hours completed of post-secondary education from a regionally accredited institution

Position Summary
Provide assistance to day-to-day responsibilities for teaching staff and promote best practices and support for the health, safety, and educational needs of children infant to 5 years enrolled in Tacoma Community College's Early Learning Program. These are part-time hourly positions bound by the WAC 357-04-045provisions above are substitute classroom assistants.
