Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

**Qualifications for a Sales Associate:**

Responsibilities:
* Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required

As a Homemaker/companion, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
Assist with activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, helping with pet care, and companionship
Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
A few must-haves for Homemaker/companions:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid CO driver's license, auto insurance and transportation

**Full Time Registered Nurse - Case Manager RN** **BAYADA Home Health Care** is currently seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse** , **RN,** for a full time position to join our Denver North Visits office and work with adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis.

**Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:**
+ Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
+ Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
+ Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
+ Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
+ Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
+ Perform client assessments as necessary
+ Case management and coordination
+ Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
**Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):**
+ A current license as a Registered Nurse in **Colorado**
