The Skills You Will Bring:
* Minimum of 3 years' mechanical experience or equivalent education/trade school experience;
* Advanced Electrical knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret wiring schematics; troubleshoot, repair and replace AC/DC drives and motors; and calibrate and set speed cards, potentiomers, tachs encoders, etc.
* Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics;
* Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
* Ability to conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic components which affect mechanics in an effort to determine the equipment malfunction and restore to operation.

* Ability to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings, blue prints and schematics.

Responsible for technicians' training from other facilities and home locations to develop skills and knowledge of the equipment and machinery repair for maintenance efficiency.

Technical degree and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
Strong manufacturing knowledge.
Preferably skilled in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar.
An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
4+ years of manufacturing experience; electric, electronic, and mechatronic, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming experience.
Effective interpersonal and supervisory skills
3+ years of food, consumer products or other related manufacturing experience.
3+ years of managing leaders in a manufacturing environment as a Production Manager or similar role.
Must be capable of working in a high-speed environment utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Essential Functions
Perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspections, and installations/repairs to building, grounds, and building equipment, so businesses continues to run smoothly and that the physical condition does not deteriorate. This includes painting buildings and equipment.
Notify the Manager concerning the need for major repairs.
General maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, gathering/emptying trash, service, cleaning, and supplying restrooms, cleaning building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting furniture, walls, fixture, and office machines, sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation/grass, and keep grounds free of littler and weeds.
During rainy conditions, cover retail displays; ensure rain drainage areas are free of debris
Follow manufacturer procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team within the scope of established rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and construction
Ability to apply basic knowledge in multiple areas of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, building maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment repair
Ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of general maintenance preferred.
Other Requirements
Must pass pre-employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing
Valid GA/SC Driver's License with acceptable driving record for the past three years.

The Fabrication Specialist plays a key role in bringing Animax Designs' characters and environments to life. This position is responsible for patterning, fabricating, finishing and integrating foam, structural and cosmetic elements used in animatronic and interactive figures. Fabrication Specialists combine craftsmanship and technical skill to produce high-quality work that meets Animax's artistic and engineering standards. Fabrication Specialists will serve as project leads, mentoring others and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Essential Duties and Functions· Patterns, fabricate and finish foam and structural components for characters, environments, and props.· Operate tools and equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials including foam, fiberglass, plastics, and other substrates.· Collaborate with shop management, creative, and engineering teams to ensure components meet design intent and functional requirements.· Plan and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines while maintaining Animax's quality and craftsmanship standards.· Maintain accurate documentation of fabrication methods, materials, and techniques.· Assist in managing shop inventory, supplies, and tool maintenance.· Train and support junior technicians as needed, providing guidance on fabrication, integration, finishing and documentation processes.· Participate in post-project reviews to identify improvements in fabrication methods or workflow.· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies.· Perform other duties as assigned.
