**Project Engineer - Packaging Solutions North America (PSNA) Engineering**
**Position Title:** Project Engineer
**Pay Rate: $115,000 - $134,000**

Memphis TN. Does not require relocation to Memphis. Must live near an US airport as this position requires approximately 50% travel.
**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Responsible for engineering and managing the installation of equipment within corrugated manufacturing facilities.
+ Directly responsible to assure all capital and repair projects assigned are installed as per the project scope, schedule, cost estimate and budget, and with minimum plant production interference.
+ Reports to the Project Engineer Lead in PSNA Engineering. The PL of this role may vary (PL 14, 15 or 16) according to candidate skill set and experience.
+ Lead the project management of multiple, concurrent projects involving installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements.
+ Project management responsibilities include organizing/planning, scoping & bidding, coordination of schedule, and managing the project to fruition.
+ Perform detailed engineering for installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements.
+ Travel to sites as needed to manage major and minor projects & equipment installations.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and discussion partner to Packaging Solutions North America (PSNA) facilities on all aspects of the corrugated manufacturing process, and project implementation.
**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:**
+ BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related business discipline.
+ 5+ years corrugated box industry experience including a detailed understanding of corrugated equipment, the corrugating process and applicable OSHA health & safety policies/laws.
+ Requires understanding of engineering process and the mechanical, electrical, and scheduling/organizational requirements for corrugated equipment installations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD software to create, view and modify drawings for comparative evaluation and final project construction/installation; utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify plant layouts, equipment layouts & foundation drawings for contractor bid packages.
+ Advanced project management skills with experience managing multiple, current, major and minor engineering projects.

The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will act as the primary architect of our organization's digital defense, bridging the gap between Enterprise IT, Cloud Development, and Operational Technology (OT). This role is responsible for operationalizing our security strategy, advising our software development pipeline, and advising on the protection of industrial control systems. This role leads the technical implementation of CMMC 2.0 compliance while ensuring our manufacturing and cloud applications remain resilient against modern threats.
Responsibilities:
Secure Microsoft Azure environments by managing Entra ID (Identity), Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel. Configure and audit conditional access policies and resource grouping
Own the roadmap to CMMC Level 2 assessment readiness. Manage the System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) specifically for Defense Industrial Base (DIB) requirements
Conduct continuous security risk assessments, bridging the gap between technical vulnerabilities (CVSS scores) and business impact
Oversee the lifecycle of vulnerability management, from scanning to patch verification, working closely with infrastructure teams to minimize downtime
Develop and enforce policies regarding the use of Generative AI tools (LLMs) within the enterprise to prevent data leakage and IP loss
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security scanners (SAST/DAST) into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring Security by Design
Translate complex cyber metrics into a "Risk Scorecard" for leadership, highlighting ROI on security investments and current threat levels
Champion security awareness training, running phishing simulations and tabletop exercises to build organizational resilience
Engage with key stakeholders in the development of contingency plans, business continuity strategies, and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring our organization's resilience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree
Minimum 6 years of technical security experience
Minimum 2 years specifically managing cloud security (Azure preferred)
Proven experience preparing an organization for CMMC, NIST 800-171, or ISO 27001 audits
Qualifications and Experience:
Expert knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and SOC 2 standards
Direct experience securing Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Ability to manage risk assessments and threat modeling
Skilled in writing technical policies, procedures, and SSPs
Experience coordinating third-party audits and external assessments

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (NPD/VAVE) serves as a corporate-level engineering resource responsible for driving manufacturability, cost optimization, and process standardization across all Client divisions. This role directly supports New Product Development (NPD) and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives aligned with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Strategic Business Plan (AME SBP)-focusing on Innovation Enablement, Process Optimization, and Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Development (NPD/NPI)
Serve as the manufacturing engineering representative on product development teams.

2. Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE)

Maintain a VAVE project funnel and savings dashboard aligned with corporate targets.
Conduct competitive benchmarking, product teardowns, and process cost studies to support ideation.
Validate and track cost savings using data-driven methods (standard labor, BOM impact, etc.).
3. Advanced Manufacturing Standards & Integration
Support deployment and continuous improvement of corporate AME standards including:
PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
Line-Side Stock (LSS) systems
MBOM accuracy and process routings
PFMEA templates and work instruction formats
Ensure consistent adoption of best practices in fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint processes.
Partner with AME Systems, IE, and Paint Engineering teams to align new product/process requirements with automation and equipment capabilities.
4. Data & Digital Integration
Utilize tools such as Oracle Fusion, SigmaNest, Power BI, and Excel-based models for cost and efficiency analysis.
Support Industry 4.0 initiatives to bring digital visibility to manufacturing metrics.
Promote data-driven decision-making for capacity planning, labor optimization, and cost competitiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between Corporate AME, Site ME, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams.
Lead NPD/VAVE review meetings and workshops, tracking project progress, risks, and savings realization.
Provide regular updates to AME leadership on key deliverables, KPIs, and strategic alignment.
