Community Memorial Hospital (Sumner) UnityPoint Health - Community Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital located in a rural setting in Northeast Iowa. The replacement facility was opened in January 2013 and serves as a primary employer in the community. The facility offers inpatient and skilled nursing hospital visits, 24-hour emergency care, lab and radiology, outpatient surgeries and specialty clinics, and therapy services.
