Ubaldo is itopia’s Chief Technology Officer and a 13-year veteran in the enterprise IT infrastructure space. He passionately envisions creating a future in IT that is fully automated and dynamically scalable. Harnessing his obsession with maximizing efficiency, he helped transform itopia from a service provider into an enterprise-grade cloud automation & orchestration software company.Prior to itopia, Ubaldo worked as a Senior Network & Systems Engineer helping architect IT solutions and simplify VDI complexity for a large healthcare organization in South Florida. He recognized that he could automate many of the processes involved in solving these problems, which later served as inspiration for developing itopia’s Cloud Automation Stack and partnering with Google Cloud.Ubaldo’s colleagues describe him as a strong entrepreneurial professional who enjoys solving problems. He sees inefficiencies everywhere and enjoys building automation to streamline complex processes and reduce friction. As itopia continues to evolve VDI/DaaS towards its idealized form, Ubaldo’s team is working intensely on the next key enterprise workload for itopia to take over.
