ECDI is looking for a Senior Leadership ExecutiveAssistant for our Columbus Headquarters The Senior Leadership ExecutiveAssistant reports to the President and supports the offices of the CEO, President, and other C-Suite roles. This position will anticipate the needs of leadership members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. The Senior Leadership ExecutiveAssistant will handle a wide range of administrative, organizational, and executive support related responsibilities. They will use discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization when dealing with all people related to ECDI. This position sometimes requires forty or more (40+) hours a week and should be available to work extended hours during busy times. This position is a 100% onsite role. The starting annual salary range for this position is $64,000-$75,000. Candidates for this position must be located in the Central Ohio Area. Responsibilities: Scheduling / Coordination
Provide day-to-day support for the CEO and President including calendar management and arranging logistics for program travel and meetings, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and others to coordinator a variety of complex meetings and events.
Maintain calendars and ensure all appointments are up to date.
Manage multiple projects with various deadlines; ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with event logistical planning and coordination.
Follow up with correspondences after external meetings (e.g. thank you notes, meeting notes).
Attend and take notes during internal and external meetings and provided to executive team within 48 business hours.
Communications:
Ensure smooth coordination and communication between management and employees who may be working remotely.
Assist with communications, marketing materials, and other information for internal and external audiences related to program activities and fundraising (e.g. calling and setting up connections).
Interact with different stakeholders inside and outside the organization via phone, conference calls, and email to gather data and address requests and questions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
Maintain confidential information and communication.
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries.
Administration Support Needs:
Provide administrative support, as needed, for other ECDI employees (e.g. scanning documents, mailings, printing documents).
Perform Quarterly Board Meeting management, including maintenance of board documentation, preparation of agendas, preparing and distribution of Board Meeting materials, and taking of minutes.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, legal documents, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Collect, review, and analyze complex and confidential information; create reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.
Develop and maintain an executive task list for Advancement, Marketing, and Development in line with ECDI strategic goals
Summarize, prioritize, and research information into a concise and usable format for review.
Help leadership team members with various life management tasks, as needed.
Obtain and distribute reports to the executive leadership team as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate files, documents, and profiles for necessary paper files and in appropriate tracking systems.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of and adhere to all ECDI policies and procedures.
Participate in meetings and provide feedback for improvements.
Perform other related activities, as required, to ensure department and organizational success.

Position Summary:
The ExecutiveAssistant is responsible for providing administrative support to three Fund Partners, including a GIP Credit founding Fund Partner and a Fund Partner with an expansive role that includes head of Portfolio Management and a breadth of COO-type responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and coordinate high volume scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
Book domestic and international travel, including itinerary, visa, preparation, etc. There will be heavy international travel coordination across multiple time zones.
This role deals with investors and high-profile individuals so a polished presence and capability to build relationships is important.
Compile receipts and prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
Compile materials and prepare presentations for internal, company and investor meetings and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Develop relationships and work collaboratively across EAs and other counterparties.

Facilitate and track the group recruiting process, including direct contact with recruiters to provide updates and schedule interviews/model tests
Coordinate, schedule and facilitate agendas for global group / regularly scheduled meetings
Manage the approval of invoices and wire instructions for our portfolio companies
Assist COO efforts - track global group headcount, schedule mid-year and year end performance reviews, organize ad hoc social events and assist in execution of numerous workstreams initiated by and/or in concert with Global Head of GIP Credit
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a fast paced, high energy corporate office or family office environment, supporting senior individuals
Bachelor's degree preferred

Position Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting preparation, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications:
* Amenable to work mid-shift starting from 6:00PM-2:30AM PHT

* Minimum 3-5 years supporting executive-level functions in a tax, accounting, compliance, or professional services environment, with direct exposure to tax
* Strong organizational and time management skills.

The PIAA works closely with internal teams and external partners (including fund administrators, accountants, legal counsel, and tax specialists) to ensure accurate accounting, timely distributions, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive investor reporting. This role serves as the primary internal coordinator for all private investment administrative activities, supporting the Investment Management team, Compliance, Finance, Advisors, and Client Relations in executing Hamilton Capital's opportunistic alternative investment.

Primary Position Responsibilities
Private Fund Administration - Manages day-to-day administration of Hamilton Capital's private investment vehicles including special purpose vehicles for direct investments in real estate and private equity.
Accounting and Financial Oversight - Organizes and delivers to third-party administrators all documents required to maintain accurate accounting of fund activity including custodian and bank statements, invoices paid, engagement letters, and capital activity records.
Vendor and External Partner Management - Manages relationships with external partners for fund administration, IRA custodians, accounting, income payment distribution, tax reporting, and audits.
Investor Relations and communication Support - Collaborates with Investment Team, Advisors, and Client Relations to resolve investor questions, onboarding issues, and ongoing account maintenance.
Process Development and Project Management - Establishes and documents operational processes, creates procedures, and develops workflows for private investment administration.
Compliance and Reporting - Coordinates filings and regulatory notifications for private investment offerings.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in business, accounting, finance, or operations preferred.
Minimum five years of financial services experience with a focus in operations, private fund administration, or alternative investments.
Experience with private or public fund administration strongly preferred.
Wealth management or asset management experience desired.
Experience in establishing new operational processes, creating procedures, and developing workflows.
Proven ability to lead and communicate timelines for projects.
Knowledge of alternative investment structures including private equity, real estate, and direct investments desired.
Understanding of fund accounting, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
