What you will do
As VP, Operational Risk and Resilience you will be part of the PGIM O&I Risk & Enablement team, where you will provide oversight of Operational risk and Business Resiliency programs for PGIM, domestically and internationally.
In this role you will be responsible for driving initiatives to reduce risk, monitor critical business services, improve resiliency, and adhere to local regulatory expectations. You will ensure that effective recovery plans are in place and in compliance with the firm's overall resiliency strategies for effective continuity of operations in crisis events, to reduce resiliency risk and validate recovery strategies.
In this capacity you will work closely with the Risk and Enablement team leadership to set strategic direction, design, challenge, and implement business continuity plans for functions and people businesses across the PGIM.
This position is based in Newark, NJ. What you can expect
Drive efforts around education, awareness, and adoption of the Business Resiliency Risk program within PGIM by engaging with affiliates in risk awareness, tracking, resilience decisions and planning.
Influence firmwide team in building frameworks that improve overall risk / resilience management. Maintain strong relationships across all affiliates to facilitate robust planning, solutions, and controls.
Ensure good engagement in threat awareness, exercises, testing, assurance, and other awareness, and contributing to projects designed to introduce/improve processes and tools to enhance the firm's risk management and recovery capabilities.
Partner with Resilience teams across Prudential and other PGIM affiliates.
Perform annual BCP tests on internal and industry drills to exercises and maintain test documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Partner with Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk Management, and other Risk Partners to ensure regulatory requirements are being met and comply with the firm's resiliency strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to business divisions for business resilience, providing appropriate guidance, business simulations and training on tools and risk mitigation strategies.
Independently develop appropriate reporting and communication
Resolve complex issues and influence business outcomes through collaboration with other business groups and central functions.
Maintain relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to senior business management.

What you will bring
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 10-15 years of risk management Industry experience.

Role Profile
Workforce Services (WS) is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the firm's Enterprise Technology & Services division. We are responsible for delivering high quality technology solutions and support functions to our internal end users. Our goal is to ensure end users across the firm can perform their job efficiently with minimal to no interruption. We are seeking a Team Leader to help the lead and shape the service desk population through adhering to the firm's core values. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and leader for their team, motivating and coaching team members with the goal of providing world class customer service.
What you'll do in the role:
* Responsible for the oversight of the Service Desk Professionals servicing the Morgan Stanley population
* Provide timely feedback, training, and coaching 70% of the time with a focus on driving incident restoration with a World Class Service experience
* Responsible for interviewing and onboarding top talent
* Conduct performance management in an effort to drive the metrics set out by the Service Desk including First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction rates
* Monitor agent productivity as well as operational excellence and how it impacts the Service Desk Service Level Agreements
* Oversee outages, leverage tools when volumes are at peak and escalations occurring, which would include ServiceNow, Service Desk Knowledge, Remote Assistance among others, in an effort to resolve our internal population
What you'll bring to the role:
* 4+ years previous call-center experience or equivalent required in a technical or customer service field

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $105,000 per [hour/year] at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs

Position Overview:
The Treasury OperationsManager is responsible for leading treasury operations for the CCM mortgage lending and servicing platform. This role manages daily cash operations, supports liquidity optimization, monitors warehouse facility activity, and ensures the accurate and timely execution of funding across all mortgage products, including agency and non-agency.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash positioning across multiple entities and bank accounts.
Optimize short-term liquidity to support loan funding, hedging, and operational needs.
Monitor and forecast cash flows related to mortgage origination, servicing advances, and investor remittances.
Manage daily warehouse funding requests and paydowns across multiple credit facilities.
Track collateral eligibility, margining, and capacity utilization.
Coordinate with capital markets and secondary teams on whole loan sales, trades, and settlements.
Maintain accurate and timely funding of mortgage loans and servicing obligations.
Ensure proper controls and approvals are in place for all wire transfers and disbursements.
Monitor cash settlements and margin calls related to mortgage pipeline hedging and TBA trading activities, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Support the execution and tracking of servicing transfers, MSR sales, and associated funding activity.
Manage treasury processes associated with repurchase agreements (repos) and secured lending, including margin monitoring and settlement coordination.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports including liquidity positions, borrowing base summaries, cash forecasts, and covenant monitoring.
Identify and mitigate operational risks within treasury workflows by establishing and maintaining robust internal controls and documentation.
Open and maintain new deposit accounts with banking partners to support funding operations, escrow disbursements, and operational needs while ensuring compliance with internal controls and external KYC/AML requirements.
Support internal and external audits, including documentation of treasury procedures.
Maintain relationships with banking partners and support KYC/AML documentation needs.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to streamline treasury workflows and data integration.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.
3+ years of experience in treasury or cash operations.
2+ years of experience in a mortgage banking environment.
Experience with treasury management systems.
Familiarity with Encompass or similar LOS/servicing systems.
Familiarity with Workday, preferred.
Skilled in managing a team or working independently with cross-functional partners.
Skilled in navigating funding, reconciliation, and compliance requirements for mortgage origination, whole loan sales, and servicing.
