Job Duties:
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the manual and automated design flow testing of a range of EDA Analysis/Simulation tools used within a High Speed PCB design flow. The individual will be working extensively with analog, mixed signal, signal integrity and EMC simulators and associated environments.
* Will be responsible for design, implementation, and execution of application specific functional/flow tests.
* Analyzing test results, defect tracking and metrics reporting.
* Will work closely with globally dispersed SW developers and will work with other QA team members to deliver on time quality releases through continuous improvement of the test and testing process.
* Practice Agile development methods and exemplify core Agile values of transparency, collaboration, acceptance of change, and iterative development
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering desired.
* Should have at least 4 years work experience in QA role in the EDA industry or related industry with a focus on flow testing between logical/physical PCB design tools and analysis tools.
* Should have a good working knowledge/programming experience with C++, shell scripts, Perl, Visual Basic, Java Script and Python.
* Working knowledge assumed for typical QA/Dev tools like defect tracking, memory checking, profilers, debuggers, source control.
* Working knowledge of Linux and Windows 10/11 required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Takes full ownership of quality assurance efforts across manual and automated testing workflows
Designs, builds, and maintains automation frameworks to support platform scalability and feature stability
Defines QA strategies for platform services, APIs, data pipelines, and UI workflows

What You'll Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong blend of manual and automation testing
Proficiency with writing automated tests in modern frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
Experience testing backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
Strong SQL and database validation skills, including hands-on experience with ORMs
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6)

A: Job Specific:
* Executes the Payments Division portion of the annual Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program through planning and conducting reviews to identify and manage consumer compliance risks, including existing and emerging risks associated with the bank's payment program.
* Assists the Payments Testing Manager in developing the Annual Compliance Testing and Monitoring Plan and audit plan.
* Maintains a working knowledge of federal regulations applicable to Payments.
* Maintains a working knowledge of the FDIC Consumer Compliance Exam Manual for assigned areas of review.
* Exhibits in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including, as applicable, the Electronic Funds Transfers Act and Regulation E; the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation P, and applicable state privacy laws; Truth in Savings Act, Regulation DD; and state and federal prohibitions against unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices (UDAP/UDAAP) in the offering, delivery, or servicing of consumer financial products and services, including regulations and guidance issued and enforced by the CFPB.
* Performs both detailed transactional testing and high-level analysis to assess adequacy of the processes and controls associated with regulatory risks within the payments program. May assist other Payments Division Compliance Testers execute these activities.
* Accurately completes test scripts and workpapers based on the supporting documentation reviewed. May assist with the development of test scripts as well as conduct the first review of other Payments Division Compliance Testers' work papers.
* Clearly and concisely documents any observations and/or exceptions noted, including supporting documentation to evidence results obtained.
* Documents review activity and clearly articulates any potential regulatory violations, and works with management regarding presentation of findings to key stakeholders and senior management.
* Maintains ongoing communication with the Payments d Testing Manager regarding the status of their reviews.
* Promptly escalates any questions or concerns to the Payments Testing Manager for quick resolution.
* Assists the Payments Testing Manager in drafting issues from their reviews and assists with the drafting review report.
* Ensures issues identified from the Monitoring and Testing program are entered in the Issues Management system and monitors the status of corrective action/implementation plans to ensure they are timely and appropriately executed. Upon completion, conducts and documents appropriate action plan validation.
* Performs both detailed transactional testing and high-level analysis to assess adequacy of the processes and controls associated with regulatory risks within the various lines of Business of the Community Bank functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Qualification Testing:

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our core Trading team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the engine of our global trading platform: the execution system. You will focus on building and optimising the high-throughput, low-latency services that connect us to the world's crypto exchanges and liquidity providers. You will design and build systems where performance, concurrency and reliability are crucial, directly impacting every trade our platform makes.
What you'll be doing primarily:
Designing, building and maintaining our core trading execution systems using Golang.
Developing and managing high-throughput, low-latency connectivity to crypto exchanges and liquidity providers using REST, WebSockets and FIX protocols.
Optimising code for high concurrency and minimal latency to ensure best-in-class trade execution and system performance.
Enhancing our monitoring, alerting and observability stack for the execution platform to ensure system stability and rapid incident response.
Collaborating on the architecture of our distributed, microservice-based trading system.
Required qualifications:
BSc or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in Golang and/or C++ and Linux.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with real-time API protocols, particularly REST and WebSockets.
Strong grasp of concurrent programming principles (e.g., multithreading, goroutines, channels) and experience building highly concurrent applications.
A proven track record of working on low-latency, high-throughput, or performance-critical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
Fluent written and oral English skills.
Bonus if you have:
Direct experience with the FIX protocol.
Experience with DeFi contracts and decentralised exchanges
Experience in financial markets, especially crypto trading, HFT, or market making.
A solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, gRPC) and their impact on application performance.
Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, NATS) and distributed systems.
Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Nomad).
