Responsibilities include but are not limited to: independently writing reports and correspondences; screening calls and responding to requests; managing calendars; making meeting and event arrangements; responsible for expense entries; overseeing building related activities including planning and coordinating installations and refurbishments; procuring vendors and suppliers and managing purchase orders, preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning; optimizing the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs; preparing reports and analyzing data; and maintaining files and records. We seek an individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project coordination experience and the ability to establish effective working relationships with departments.
