Responsible for preparing end of load package for each production run processed through the mill to include PPM data, run close out, and verifying daily production report for accuracy. The Senior Land Use Planner is responsible for assisting with property due diligence, land/development entitlements, and governmental approval processes. The Senior Land Use Planner will be involved throughout the development process, from property selection through completion of zoning and/or local discretionary approvals.
