The EH&S Manager will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities

Establish and drive action plans to achieve and exceed EH&S performance goals.
Lead environmental sustainability initiatives to reduce water and energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, and hazardous waste, while improving recycling and resource efficiency.
Oversee and manage hazardous materials and waste programs, including proper storage, handling, transportation, and disposal of specialized chemicals used in manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and lead response drills for fire, chemical spills, and other critical incidents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience-
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety preferred.
5+ years experience as a EH&S Manager
Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Proven success implementing EH&S programs in manufacturing, warehouse, or R&D environments.
Solid knowledge of EH&S regulations, standards, and reporting methodologies.
Experience in risk assessment, program evaluation, and auditing.
Experience with managing safety for hazardous materials and an understanding of related regulations.
Familiarity with fire codes and standards, such as NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), relevant to both products and facility operations.

* Provide oversight, program management, and facilitate the implementation of safety and loss prevention programs at compressor stations, underground storage facilities four liquefied natural gas plants and other gas pipeline related facilities, as assigned. Participate in RCA/ incident reviews with customers.
Analyze data and prepare reports for Health and Safety Metrics to include Site Scorecard, Observations, & Behaviors. Use the data to provide information for Leading & Lagging Indicator Reports.
Develop occupational health and safety systems; including policies, procedures, and manuals
Responsibilities also include documenting safety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining/availability of safety equipment supplies.

The Safety Representative position has a critical role for the company. The SSHO will be responsible for oversight of Safety and Health Program for a large government healthcare complex. The SSHO must have the technical knowledge and skills needed to anticipate, recognize, and evaluate hazardous conditions and recommend adequate corrective actions and ensure corrections are made in a timely manner.
The Site Safety and Health Officer will meet the following experience and qualifications:
OSHA 30-hour training card (or course completion certificate if within the last 90 calendar days of having completed the training and card has not yet been issued).
Resume or certificates demonstrating, twenty-four (24) hours of documented formal classroom or online Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) related training within the past five (5) years and must have maintained competency by taking twenty-four (24) hours of safety related training every three (3) years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety and health program for a day-to-day onsite facilities management for a government medical facility outpatient program.
Provide safety and health oversight to a diverse team of managers, leads, technicians, and administrative staff.
Generate and administer Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA ) and provide the appropriate safety training and awareness to the trades staff.
Ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to safety plans and processes and requirements.
