Responsibilities:
Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN) / Communications Security (COMSEC) Equipment Access Management:
Manage HSDN user access lifecycle, including application submissions, activations, customer support, and maintenance of user agreements
Support COMSEC equipment access, security, inventory, and compliance reviews in accordance with approved policies and procedures
Develop and update process documentation, training materials, and coordinate HSDN/COMSEC briefings
IT and Logistics:
Support employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, and manage ITPOC and Logistics service requests through intake, tracking, and closure
Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, and reconciliation in internal systems and TSA's property management system
Provide HQ and TSIF customer service support, including space planning, floor plan updates, office moves, printer/copier maintenance, and supply management
Emergency Preparedness:
Support Personnel Accountability Drills (PADs) and COOP activities by maintaining rosters, schedules, documentation, and after-action reports
Assist with emergency preparedness training, exercises, messaging, presentations, and leadership/workforce communications
Document emergency preparedness deliverables and support data calls in coordination with the Security Program Officer
Classified Meeting Focal Point / HQ / TSIF Classified Safe Custodian:
Coordinate classified meetings by verifying participant clearances, supporting secure VTC setup, and maintaining classified documentation and attendee records
Support classified safe operations, including access lists, combination changes, inventories, and quarterly audits
Document deliverables, respond to data calls, and assist with inventories and compliance reporting
Closed Storage / Temporary Secret Processing Area (TSPA):
Monitor TSPA operations and complete required security documentation, including SF-701 Activity Security Checklists
Conduct security checks to ensure classified laptops and COMSEC/STE equipment are properly secured
Maintain and update internal security program information on designated sites as required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, information systems, or other related field of study
Must have an active secret clearance
5+ years of experience in communications security
Familiarity with government security procedures, classified material handling, and access management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to manage and update SharePoint/iShare sites
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate logs, records, and compliance documentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with Federal employees, contractors, and security personnel

The Security Manager will assist the AF Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) in oversight of national security objectives supporting AF interests.
The Security Manager will provide day -to -day support for collateral and/or, as specifically directed, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. This will be accomplished through active and integrated security operations, processes, mechanisms and performed under the direction of Government security administrator.
The Security Manager will provide multi -disciplinary security support, including aspects of information security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, communications security, acquisition security, general security, physical security, and anti -terrorism/force protection duties, while also being responsive and flexible to dynamic security situations.
The Security Manager will perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work that has as its principal purpose the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current and access is verified prior to allowing access to classified material.
Prepare, process, and/or review Visitor Access Request (VAR) for accuracy and access eligibility. Ensure smooth access ability is given to our personnel by ensuring visit certifications are received timely and accurately by receiving units.
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound VAR notices.
Assist IP Lead with inspection preparations and Management Internal Control Toolset and/or other inspection platform artifact creation as directed.

- Assists Public Safety Dispatchers working in Communication Center as needed, and dispatches appropriate personnel to perform security assignments. Answers hospital emergency line (88) and directs personnel appropriately. Monitors various cameras and alarm systems. Answers intercom and elevator calls for assistance promptly and professionally. Performs parking enforcement related duties, to include, but not limited to, operating parking equipment, greeting, welcoming and directing customers.
- Responds to emergency situations of various types. Responses may include activities such as crowd control, disturbance resolution, verbal and physical intervention, firefighting duties, combative and/or disruptive patients, and other activities of a similar nature, including subsequent appearances in court, hearings, or chambers, as requested.
- Performs Weapon Screening services at designated locations to prevent weapons and other prohibited property from entering Children's property. Secures property/evidence as needed and/or directed. Liaison with MRMC Campus Public Safety/Security departments and local law enforcement. Performs security inspection tours and notifies appropriate personnel of problems, as necessary.

Obtains and processes evidence related to the incident and interviews victims, witnesses, and suspects.
- Assists Public Safety Dispatchers working in Communication Center as needed, and dispatches appropriate personnel to perform security assignments. Answers hospital emergency lines and directs personnel appropriately. Monitors various surveillance and alarm systems. Answers intercom and elevator calls for assistance promptly and professionally. Performs parking enforcement related duties, to include, but not limited to, operating parking equipment, greeting, welcoming and directing customers.
- Responds to emergency situations of various types. Responses may include activities such as crowd control, disturbance resolution, verbal and physical intervention, firefighting duties, medical, combative and/or disruptive patients, and other activities of a similar nature, including subsequent appearances in court, hearings, or chambers, as requested.
- Performs Weapon Screening services at designated locations to prevent weapons and other prohibited property from entering Children's facilities. Secures property/evidence as needed and/or directed. Liaison with MRMC Campus Public Safety/Security departments and local law enforcement. Performs security inspection tours and notifies appropriate personnel of problems, as necessary.
- Questions or detains suspicious individuals or criminal violators on CW leased and/or owned properties. Restrains disorderly, combative, or injurious individuals according to established training standards as necessary to prevent imminent harm to self or others.
- Badges and screens visitors per the visitation policy. Determines the guest's destination and/or transportation needs. Provides precise way finding. Directs and/or escorts employees, visitors, clients, and patients to all areas of hospital, clinic, grounds, facilities, etc. Performs traffic control functions as needed. Provides basic hospital information services, including being assigned to a Welcome Center.
- Maintains current knowledge of CW policy and procedures and department Standards of Work (SOW) through regular and timely independent review of internal communication including emails, Newsbreak and attendance at relevant meetings.
Education:
- High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required
- Post high school course work in criminal justice or related field preferred
Experience:
- 1+ years previous customer service experience required
- 1+ years experience as a uniformed security officer in healthcare security, public safety, corporate security, law enforcement, and/or military service preferred
- 1+ years experience performing weapon screening preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires an acceptable driving record, ability to be insured by CHHS carrier.
- Ability to successfully complete all required organizational and department introductory and annual competency training processes.
- Ability to read and write in order to review and complete required incident reports and perform various recordkeeping activities.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary in order to effectively interact with a variety of hospital employees, staff and visitors, sometimes under potentially stressful situations.
- Intermediate computer skills in order to utilize current and future equipment and systems (PC software applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Epic hospital software application, CAD, Incident Reporting, Surveillance Systems, Weapon Screening Technology, etc.)
- Analytical skills necessary in order to inspect, respond and manage emergent situations, inspect hospital areas, ensure safety and security of all hospital staff, visitors and patients, and prepare security incident reports, missing property reports, etc.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain all department training requirements in physical/verbal intervention and control technique program, use of typical security/law enforcement duty equipment (baton, handcuffs, etc.) and clinical violent restraint devises.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain all testing requirements under the Physical Capacity Exam (PCE).

Qualifications
Responsible for performing concierge-level protection services for high net-worth members, guests and prospects.
Provide superior customer service to the standards of North Shore Preserve.
Secure and protect all of the company's assets: people, facilities, and property. Protect the company's reputation and intellectual assets with a focus on liability protection.
Respond to emergencies with a sense of urgency and maintain open communication flow with the Security Supervisor, Director of Security, across departments, and with external emergency services. Maybe the first point of contact for external emergency services. Provide emergency and minor medical response as required.
Provide access control utilizing sound judgment and company provided tools such as access control systems or access control lists and logs. Detect, investigate, and deny access to unauthorized persons.
Recognize and escalate to management all safety hazards and security vulnerabilities detected through the course of their shift.
Perform regular field audits (checklists) for facilities and escalate findings to management.
Effectively use company provided computer systems to complete reports and audits. Complete all paperwork and reports as necessary, including but not limited to a daily activity report. Provide detailed reports on all events and incidents on the property.
Respond efficiently to all Director of Security requests either via email, text or phone. Unless extenuating circumstances exist ALL correspondence MUST be answered within 4 hours.
An active valid Driver's License is required.
An active Hawaii Guard Card is required.

Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
