Our team is looking for a Roadway Engineering Group Leader/ ProjectManager to lead and grow our roadway and highway design practice across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana (OMI). Here's what you'll need
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on roadway/highway design.
* Proven experience delivering roadway design projects for state DOTs in OMI and municipalities, including geometric design and safety improvements.
* Established client relationships and prior experience with Ohio DOT; familiarity with Michigan DOT and Indiana DOT preferred.
* Previous experience leading teams and providing mentorship.
* Strong understanding of AASHTO design standards, roadway safety principles, and multimodal considerations.
* Excellent communication skills-verbal and written-with technical writing expertise.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana (or ability to obtain).

* Minimum of 15 years experience in the consulting engineering industry.
* Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure is required.
