Ability to safely assist a resident with all ADL's, transfers and ambulation requiring good hand/eye coordination, steadiness, and the ability to move about in tight spaces, between objects, equipment, and furniture.

Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
CNA preferred but not required
Familiarity with various types of disabilities preferred
Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver's license if applicable.
Proof of automobile insurance
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Support individuals with disabilities and seniors in their daily routines, fostering independence and dignity.
