Job Description: We are seeking dependable Route Delivery Drivers to operate Bimbo Bakeries routes. The ideal candidates will have experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and vendor operations, as well as experience driving a box truck.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to complete daily delivery routes on assigned schedules.
Load and unload products at the beginning and end of each shift.
Deliver products and service retail accounts consistently.
Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and remove outdated or damaged items.
Maintain attractive product displays in stores.
Use handheld devices to track deliveries and inventory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Shuttle Driver to safely verify, load (if needed), and deliver a variety of fresh food products-including sandwiches, milk, bread, and bakery items-to convenience stores along an assigned route. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely Deliveries: Ensure fresh food products are delivered accurately and on schedule to convenience stores along your designated route.

Technology Use: Operate an electronic tablet to accurately record delivered product quantities and complete daily check-ins with each store.
Tray Management: Collect all empty trays from stores during each delivery to maintain efficiency and cleanliness.
Training & Safety: Participate in required training sessions, safety courses, and informational meetings to stay current with best practices and company standards.
Safe Delivery Practices: Apply proper set points on trucks to ensure the safe transport of products and perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting any issues.

Warehouse Operations: Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from 38-70°F to load and unload the truck, verify order counts, and complete necessary paperwork.

+ Operates 4 ton and above truck.

SMS is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused heavy equipment operator for its Mingo Junction, OH location. We are located on JSW steel mill property.
Truck Driver will learn the role and complete work at the direction of a more senior Equipment Operator or Supervisor.
Operate trucks in a safe and effective manner while moving scrap material around the scrap yard for processing.
Truck Driver will ensure that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the yard clean.
Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as other equipment, workers, or moving objects
Perform daily inspections, safety checks, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment; check required fluids and grease equipment. Report any equipment deficiencies or malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.
Cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed.
Potential to perform general labor duties which may/may not include sweeping, raking, shoveling/snow removal, general clean-up of work area and equipment, and physically handling materials and supplies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
3 -5 years operating heavy equipment in an industrial setting.
Basic literacy in English
Strong communication and time management skills
Work with a positive attitude
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliability to report to work on time·
Understand and follow supervisors' directives (written and oral instructions)
Flexibility to changing work conditions, assignments, and schedules
Ability to work in all-weather elements including rain, snow, cold, and heat
Comfortable working in an industrial environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
MUST be able to pass drug screen, background check and physical
$19/hr starting. Opportunity to increase to $21/hr once fully qualified.
Rotating 12-hour shifts; days and nights included.
Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends and weekdays based on volume needs
Position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
