Define material group sourcing strategies locally, manage the supplier portfolio, and leverage the potential of the global supplier market
Comprehensive supplier management skills, driving supplier performance, and conduct supplier development activities

Member of the Global Procurement function and contributor to the global material group activities
Risk Management, Compliance, and Sustainability Management
Collaborate with all levels of the company and ensure effective communication and partnership.
Implementation of global digital approaches into the supplier base
Ensure Procurement is meeting and exceeding goals and objectives.
Supplier capacity planning for direct materials in conjunction with forecast(s) and planning to ensure timely and sufficient supply of materials to support production.

Lead supplier quality and support the Quality Department on all issues relating to supplier product quality, and ensure system is in place to charge costs back to the supplier.
Support Sales quoting efforts for new and existing product (RFQ's).
Support other Jenoptik sites in North America & Germany as required as a key member of the global Purchasing organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
5-7 years of purchasing experience in a high-technology manufacturing environment
Optics & precision metal, and electronics background is required.
Experienced in supporting SAP Purchasing functions
Lean Manufacturing experience with ISM credentials preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must possess “soft skills”: conflict resolution, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, team building, and influencing skills

The Value-Based Practice Performance Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its network of providers, with a focus on education, communication, and performance improvement within value-based care programs. This role facilitates engagement, delivers targeted training on clinical documentation, quality metrics, and program requirements, and ensures alignment between clinical practices and organizational goals. The Liaison/Educator promotes provider success by simplifying complex payer guidelines, supporting incentive initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provider Engagement & Communication
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers and their staff across the network.
Serve as the central contact for provider questions regarding value-based contracts, clinical expectations, and performance data.
Facilitate regular check-ins, office visits, or virtual sessions to maintain provider engagement and satisfaction.
Education & Training
Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and resources on topics such as:
Risk adjustment and HCC coding
HEDIS, Stars, CAHPS, and other quality measures
Documentation improvement and care gap closure
Value-based incentive models and program updates
Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions with providers and office teams.
Customize educational content based on specialty, payer program, or performance trends.
Performance Improvement
Review provider-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance on strategies to improve clinical outcomes, coding accuracy, and patient engagement.
Collaborate with care coordination, quality, and analytics teams to align efforts and address barriers.
Program Support & Feedback Loop
Support rollouts of new VB initiatives, pilots, or payer programs by communicating timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Act as a voice of the provider network, gathering feedback and identifying systemic issues or resource needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of tools, workflows, and communication strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field required.
Master's degree or clinical license (e.g., RN, LPN, CPC, CRC) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare education, provider relations, quality improvement, or population health.
Experience working in or with physician practices, ACOs, or payer-based VBC programs preferred.
Understanding of clinical workflows, medical coding, and documentation requirements in VBC settings.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Perform the inspection of raw glass blanks with documentation and release of material to production.
Must be able to use cleaning solvents (alcohol, acetone and others) with special cloth wipes to clean, wipe, and to dissolve and remove any contaminants from the lens before and after inspection.
After inspection of the optics, must be able to wrap the lens to protect from scratches, stains, chips, etc.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a reliable and consistent manner.
Must accurately document the description of lenses that do not meet the surface quality requirements, segregate the nonconforming parts from acceptable lenses, and to protect the rejected lens before sending to rework (internally or externally) or transferring acceptable lenses to inventory.
May use various measuring instruments to measure physical dimension (in mm and inches).
Must be able to escalate observed or potential lens quality or process defects to team lead or department supervisor.
Must be organized, meticulous and a conscientious worker to minimize mishandling. Lenses inspected are finished product to be built into assemblies that must be handled with utmost care.
Maintain contamination control and cleanliness of the area at all times.
Proper safety procedures and process controls will be followed at all times when working with solvents, sharp edges and high intensity light sources.
Should be an independent worker who can be focused on their responsibilities under minimal supervision with handling and processing parts quickly and efficiently before sending the lenses to coating (outside process), inventory, or to the customer.
Work instructions and inspection training to be provided but individual must be able listen and ask questions, refer to the instructions and notes taken, and retain the information provided to reference back.
