What we offer:
This role has an annual basic salary of £40,000-45,000.
Our managers, head chefs, and senior employees participate in our Quarterly Bonus Scheme, with on-target bonuses of up to 20% (or more) of salary dependent on restaurant trade and individual performance, with potential 10% bonuses bringing on-target earnings to between £44,000 and £49,500 per annum, or potential 20% bonuses bringing on-target earnings to between £48,000 and £54,000 per annum

Principal Accountabilities
Execute assigned franchise audits, compile and analyze data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Verify accuracy of fees paid by franchisees and assess compliance with contractual provisions.
